Q: How to verify your authenticity?
As sincere supplier, we welcome every client visiting us in China, if you are not available, can ask the third party to make inspection. Meanwhile we can firstly send you sample for checking quality.
Q: How to ensure the production process is under my demand?
We have dedicated person to make photo or online video for every step of production, like: raw materials, initial production, mid-production, finished production, after loading, etc. Of course you can use third-party inspection company as well.
Q: How long time can I get the order after paid?
For container order, our delivery time is 30-35 days on free season, 35-45 days on busy season; the time of your receiving the order depends on your location ( How many days will spend by sea shipping), and your customs clearance time, which we can’t control.
Q: What's your payment term?
You can use Western Union, which has low fees, we also accept bank transfer (T/T) or letter credit ( L/C) at sight, if we work for longer time, also will consider OA payment. For sample, we can accept Paypal payment.
Q: What is your minimum order acceptable?
Our minimum order is 50pcs for air conditioner, dehumidifier and fan motor. For condensing unit / unit cooler / cold room panel / cold room door is 10pcs. Of course, we can send you sample first to verify quality.
Q: What about after-sales service?
We guarantee at least 2~5 years for each item, please contact our staff for the specific warranty time of different products;
meanwhile we give video online technical support or send engineers to your site to assist after-sales service.
Q: How can be your distributor in our market?
First, we need starting the business to understand each other, if things move smoothly and you meet our “distributor request”, then we will sign the formal contract and agreement to ensure your rights in your market.
Q: Whether to carry out quality inspection after production is completed?
Yes,we did. Our factory has inner 100% inspection for each unit before loading, also can make the legal test report for each shippment. What’s more,can invite SGS/TUV/BV inspection according clients’ request, but customers should pay the test fee.
Q: Do you have your own research & development team?
Yes, for totally we have 9 senior engineers, 18 professional R & D team members, 155 professional production personnels.
Q: Could I customize my package design?
The answer is yes. You can send us the drawing of your package design, if you don’t have, we can make customized package design for approval before the order confirmation.
Q: How many days delivery for sample order? Why should I pay for the sample?
We need 7-10 days for sample production as usual, if your sample order inlcuded many different types, we need 15 days for delivery. Sample order we need 100% TT as deposit to start production.
Sample fee shows the sincerity of both parties for this business.
Q: Could I print my brand name?
Of course, for normal brand is no problem, for world famous brand name, we need your authorization letter, otherwise both of us will have trouble.
