Ice block machine, also called block ice machine, can produce solid “block-shaped” ice. Widely used in ice factories at ports and docks, food processing, aquatic product preservation, long-distance cold chain transportation, special fields’ cooling, ice sculpture , edible ice, etc. Its size can be customized according to clients’ demand.

1) Self-Contained Ice Block Machine

3) Brine Cooling Ice Block Machine
1.Utilize a brine solution (usually a mixture of water and salt) to cool the ice-making plates or molds.

Step 1: Ensure that the ice block machine is clean and in good working condition. Check all components, including the freezing chamber, water supply, and refrigeration system.
Step 2: Put the fixed mold frame into ice machine. Ensure the frame is stable, smooth and no shake.
Step 3: Pour into appropriate amount of freezing liquid,which is good anti-freeze, anti-corrosion and anti-rust function.
Step 4: Fill the ice block mold with water and place it in the mold holder then fix it. It’s important to use quality water to ensure the purity of the ice.
Step 5: Switch on the power, and after about 4-6 hours, the freezing will be completed. Ice temperature can lower to -5°C.
Step 6: After the icing is completed, prepare to unmold (soak the mold in cold water for 1 minute and then pick it up and unmold)
Step 7: The snow-white and clean ice block are completed, which can be used for industrial and edible function.
