Key Point
1. Must use R410a dedicated tools, accessories, e materiali, mustn’t use R22’s as a substitute.
2. If any refrigerant leak during operation, please ventilate in time. Because if the refrigerant leaks indoor, once it comes into contact with the electric sparks emitted by electric fans, heaters, electric stoves and other appliances, will form toxic gases.
3. When install or move the condizionatore, strictly forbidden to mix air other than R410a refrigerant into the refrigerant circulation system. When air and other gas mixed into the system, the high pressure of the refrigerant circulation system will be abnormal, which is the main cause of the rupture and cracks of the whole system.
4. Don’t mix with other refrigerant or refrigeration oil; Altrimenti, condizionatore will not cool/heat, the compressor lubrication will deteriorate, generate heat, and even burn out.
R410a Moisture and Residue
1. R410a compressor (using POE oil), POE oil has stronger water absorption than mineral oil (R22 compressor). When the moisture content of the system exceeds the standard, water will react chemically with POE to generate acid and water, forming a vicious cycle, will destroy the system, generate impurities and copper plating, form sludge, which is the main causes of dirty and oil blockage.
2. Compressor which rubber plug is detached, cann’t be used!
3. When install the outdoor unit, after pulling out the compressor rubber plug, please don’t leave it for a long time (<10minuto), and try best to shorten the welding and sealing time of the system (<15minuto).
4. When vacuuming, ensure the vacuum degree is < -0.1MPa.
5. Strictly forbidden to leave residues or mix impurities and dust in the system; Altrimenti, it will block the system, which is one main causes of dirty and oil blockage.

R410a Fill
Refill R410a after Partial Refrigerant Leakage
1. Must add R410a, not R22
2. Needn’t release the remaining refrigerant in the air conditioner, just add it in liquid form.
Since R410a is a near-azeotropic mixed refrigerante, when adding it in gas form, the composition of the refrigerant will change, resulting in poor performance of the condizionatore.

Add refrigerant in forced cooling mode!
In this mode, compressor frequency is fixed and the suction pressure is relatively stable, which makes it easier to determine whether the charge amount is appropriate.
If the frequency is not fixed, the actual frequency of the compressor is changing, and the tested pressure changes greatly. In this state, adding refrigerant is inaccurate.
